The last painting in my dark fairy series, this fairy sits among an almost tropical garden, surrounded by the natural beauty of the world. I wanted to make sure that this particular painting was an entry point into a more abstract way of painting. The brushwork blends beautifully into one another and despite this, there is still plenty of beautiful details that transforms the image into something beautiful. The dark fairy herself is packed full of detail that really helps to make sure that her beauty stands out. Even with the colors of the flowers, the toadstools and the creatures that are sat with her.
